Lost 8lbs and 14.5 inches in 4 weeks with The Booticamp Babes

After having my third child I decided that I needed to get fit. I've never been overweight but I've always had a really bad diet. Instead of having healthy balanced meals id always opt for a pack of crisps or a chocolate bar or two as I thought this was the quickest and easiest option.

Chocolate has been my absolute downfall I would quite easily get through 3 Mars bar duos, a bag of wine gums and a 200g bar of Cadburys marvellous creations in one day! I then started on Nutella and was eating a whole jar with a spoon with a cup of tea in a day. It got to the point where I couldn't go into a shop without buying loads of chocolate, I was literally addicted and although i managed to stay slim I was very unfit. I even contemplated hypnotherapy to help with my addiction.

I've always been paranoid about my tummy after having Jacob via c section and this was something I longed to tone up and after seeing Vicky Allens challenge photos and speaking to her I decided to give it ago. On the first week of the challenge I found it hard, especially when the kids all wanted a chocolate bar after school, but I was determined to stick with it and see for myself if I could go without chocolate. After the first week I had lost 5lb, I was amazed I was never hungry I loved all the different foods and smoothies on the challenge and I was actually feeling much healthier, my skin was clearer and my hair was shiny. 

I've loved clean eating and will be carrying it on! I can actually say I've not bought any chocolate since finishing the challenge and I've not been tempted! Booticamp Babes has cured me! I'm amazed!
