I have just completed couch to 5k

At 62, I maybe the oldest girl at Booti, but I still run circles round the younger ones! I would highly recommend keeping fit to any ladies, especially those over 50, its so important to look after your body as you get older- being fitter and healthier means I have bags of energy for my grandchildren, After 3 years of increasing my fitness levels at Booticamp Babes I now also have the confidence to start running and I'm taking part in my first ever 5k in September at Alvaston Castle, proving you are never too old to take up exercise in any form.
