I am a busy mum of two who is a self-proclaimed fitness fanatic! I have always done sports from a very early age, particularly swimming, where I swam competitively for the Belper Marlins, horse riding from the age of 13, and much more recently running, completing my first Half Marathon in 2014.
After having my two children I discovered Booticamp Babes, and it is now my saviour, it has provided me with a doorway to get back into fitness, and because of the varied classes and exercises I have found that this is something I can stick to, and actually really look forward to every class I go to!! I have made some great friends, toned up my body, and have an abundance of energy to keep up with my children and my busy schedule!
I am so thrilled at becoming a Booticamp Instructor, this is my dream job, and I literally love going to work now! I truly believe that exercise is good for the mind and soul, and being able to help other ladies free their endorphins, improve their self-confidence and make new friends is very rewarding for me! I am a Level II Fitness Instructor and am hoping to go on to do level III in the next few months.
I am the trainer at Annersley Woodhouse in the mornings, but help out at all the camps when required.
